DAY 17 - MONDAY, MARCH 22: HOLI IN JAIPUR | PRIVATE FESTIVAL OF COLORS CELEBRATION

This is it. Holi!

We will finish our trip with one of the most joyful celebrations in the world: the famous Festival of Colors. Holi is one of those once-in-a-lifetime experiences that you should do at least once, and Jaipur is one of the best places in India to celebrate it.

During Holi, the historic Pink City transforms into a vibrant, multi-colored canvas. Music, dancing, laughter, and clouds of color fill the air.

We will celebrate at a private Holi party, which gives us the fun, color, and energy of Holi in a safer and more controlled environment. We will throw organic colorful herbal powders, dance, laugh, take ridiculous photos, and probably later discover color in places where color has no business being.

Wear clothing you do not mind permanently transforming into a souvenir, protect your phone and camera, and do not expect to stay clean for more than thirty seconds.

After Varanasi, Delhi, the Himalayas, Amritsar, the Golden Temple, Rishikesh, the Taj Mahal, tiger safaris, and Jaipur, we end with one massive celebration.
