We’ll start the day with another super fun, moderate hike. This time, we will go to Tamarind Falls, also known as the Seven Cascades. One of Mauritius’s most stunning natural wonders, Tamarind Falls is a beautiful series of waterfalls set in a lush tropical gorge, surrounded by volcanic rock, dense greenery, and natural pools. Wild, scenic, and refreshingly off the beaten path, it is a perfect reminder of the island’s adventurous side.

Then, at night, since it’s Thanksgiving, we will have a special celebration: an authentic Mauritian Sega show and Creole dinner. Sega is a dance that originated from the ritual music of Madagascar and mainland Africa, and it is the musical expression of the Mauritian way of life: joy and liveliness. We will watch the show while enjoying an authentic Mauritian Creole dinner for Thanksgiving. *
Accommodations: Aanari Hotel & Spa
Meals: Breakfast
* We were not able to include the cost of the dinner in the price of the trip because we need to finalize the group before we can schedule it, and we may also have to pay for it on-site.
